Hi all Well – the trailer brake is repaired and Dale and I did the truck brakes. I also snuck in two loads of laundry at Dale’s while I was there. All things being equal – and I don’t know if they are or not – I’ll be leaving for ID tomorrow. It’s supposed to pour and I suppose if it really is I might hang out another day – if in fact it looks as if it will improve. Not much to say tonight – I can tell I’m fading – ran all over hell today, but got a lot done. The dogs are snoring – I need to walk them one more time and I guess I should do that before it gets really dark. It’s not so much fun then.
I’m back in the Coachmasters parking lot again. Free accommodations with electric hook ups and a dumpster nearby. Such a deal! The guys are wonderful and, as they say, have my back. I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re ever in Central OR and need mechanics they’re the best!
Tomorrow night I hope (?) to be at the Love’s truck stop on I 84 just south of Boise, ID. I say hope with a ? because I’ve never done the truck stop thing – much less by myself! Mark has and says they’re just fine. We stayed behind a casino in NV on our way up, and it was just fine, but when I’m by myself, I’m more of a wuss. I just need to ‘man up’ and do it! I’ll let you know how that works for me. LOL
